I received a commission from SparklingBit GmbH to create an initial layout for the planned D&D book. To do this, I set up the layout file in InDesign and created the illustrations and decorative elements in Photoshop.
A painterly look was desired for the illustrations. I implemented this style particularly through the backgrounds, which look like watercolors and blend softly into the pages.
Note: The cover illustration is not mine and was only used for the cover layout.
